Entry Requirements

Successful completion of an Australian year 12 qualification with a minimum pass in an accepted English language subject.

English Proficiency Requirements

IELTS (Academic) Minimum Scores - Overall band score of 6.5 AND Band score of 6.0 in all bands

TOEFL Minimum Scores - Paper-based: total score of 577 with a minimum of 4.5 in the Test of Written English (TWE) OR Internet-based: total score of 79 with a minimum of 21 in Writing, 18 in Speaking and 13 in Reading and Listening

Pearson Test of English (Academic) Minimum Scores - Overall score of 58 AND Skills profile of no less than 50 in all skills

C1 Advanced - Overall score of 176 AND Individual score of 169 in all skills

Our new Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) – Engineering Pathway is designed for students with a foundation in maths and a passion for engineering. You will:

fulfil any prerequisite requirements
study core Bachelor of Engineering subjects in your chosen engineering discipline
prepare to enter the engineering program of your choice.

Degree Structure

The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) – Engineering Pathway has a standard full-time duration of one year. Students must transfer to a named Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree of their choice on completion of the program of study of 24 units. It is not an award from which students can graduate.

Assessment

Assessment can include examinations, group work, project work, online assessment, peer assessment, attendance and participation.
