BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

Entry Requirements

Successful completion of an Australian Bachelor degree (AQF Level 7) or equivalent; or
Successful completion of an AQF Level 6 Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant work experience; or
A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience at a managerial or supervisory level.
English language proficiency of IELTS level 6.0 overall or equivalent.

A Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment is conducted on all entrants prior to enrolment into the program to ensure that AIBT can support each student throughout the program.

Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design, and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation.
