Academic IELTS score of 6.0 Overall with minimum of 5.0 in all bands or equivalent.

Satisfactory completion of the Certificates III & IV in Hospitality, or the Certificates III in Commercial Cookery/Certificate IV in Kitchen Management, or the Certificates III & IV in Patisserie.

Qualifications & Skills Covered

Diploma of Hospitality Management (SIT50422) This qualification is for individuals who wish to use a sound knowledge of industry operations, and a broad range of managerial skills, to develop and manage hospitality operations. They will learn the skills to operate independently, have responsibility for others and make a range of operational business decisions. To complete the qualification, you are required to complete all 11 core units and 17 elective units.
