Our program is designed to empower international students and graduates, along with their employers, by providing tools and support for effective communication, smooth integration and sustainable employment. With personalised one-on-one coaching and group workshops, to address potential challenges, this six-month program will increase your chances of achieving career success.

What we offer

• Individual coaching: get personalised support in your first few months in the workforce including check-ins and site visits.
• Workshops and coaching: build confidence, skills, and industry knowledge for seamless integration.
• Orientation and onboarding: learn about Australian workplace culture and expectations.
• Workplace language assistance: understand Australian workplace terminology.
• Guidance on contracts and rights: understand your contract, rights, and additional workplace assistance.
• Employer support: assistance for your employer to enhance cultural capability and promote a positive multicultural work environment at your workplace.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the program you must:

• Have recently graduated from an institution in South Australia
• Be (within your first six months of having started employment) or about to begin employment.
• On a bridging visa, graduate visa, or skilled visa (SA international graduate stream).
• Have consent from your employer and their commitment to participate in the program.
• Able to commit to the six-month program and attend at least two workshops
• Commit to wrap-around support, including check-ins and site visits
